RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS


Traditional wear and accessories sold on Dzor are Made with utmost care and love to dress you up perfectly.We make it our top priority to serve you in the best way possible.

If you deny to accept the correct order on delivery, Dzor reserves the right to ban you and your address permanently from the app.

Dzor reserves the right to charge you cancellation fee for the orders constrained to be cancelled by Dzor for reasons not attributable to Dzor, including but not limited to:

-- in the event if the address provided by you is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone;

-- failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of delivering the order booking;

-- failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorisation from you at the time of delivery; or

-- unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, Dzor will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability.

In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Dzor or the selling partners(designers, boutiques and labels) or delivery partners, Dzor shall not charge you any cancellation fee.


Returns and Refunds


Our decision on returns and refunds shall be final and binding.

You shall also be entitled to a refund and return of product value in the event packaging of an item in an order or the complete order, is either tampered or damaged.

You will not be required to pay return shipment for :

  1. Orders where packaging is either tampered or damaged at the time of delivery
  2. Wrong order being delivered
  3. Items missing from your order at the time of delivery.
Provided the same is communicated to Dzor Customer Care (support@dzor.in) within 1 hour after the order is marked delivered.


Dzor has a free return policy.


You may return any item within 48 hours after the order is marked delivered. You can return the already bought product within 48 hours from delivery under only the following issues with the product.

  1. Wrong size
  2. Wrong product altogether
  3. Damaged Product delivered
All returned item must be unused, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.

In case you receive a damaged/ defective product, the company should be informed within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping charges will be non- refundable.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be refunded in this case.

The product must be checked before the delivery guy to avoid any discrepancies.

The amount spent would be refunded in exchange of the returned product.The amount to be refunded will only include the final price (without delivery charge) of the product and not the grand total of the product.

Refunds would be made in the form of payment option you used earlier to pay while delivery.

You would be refunded within 4-7 working days after the returned ordered is picked up by our delivery executive.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items

Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

Wrong product delivery would be taken back and replaced it with the requested product. The customer must cooperate with us for the whole exchange process.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.


Terms and conditions- The return policy applies to selected items. The policy is subject to change.

Cancellation policy- You can cancel your order by sending us a mail to our customer care. You will not be able to cancel the customised order. If the customised order is cancelled, 50% of the paid amount will not be refunded if paid online. You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
